A short story about beer, carbon dioxide and sea ice

This popular scientific article (in Danish) describes how CO2 is exchanged between the ocean and the atmosphere when sea-ice is formed. The findings were based on field experiments in Northeast Greenland. The author submitted the article as part of a Danish outreach contest called "Academicus Arcticus" in which contestants had to write a popular scientific article about their work.
