ASP Administration


The common objectives of the ASP Administration Team are:

  • to make ASP administration as effective as possible
  • to facilitate research activities
  • to get the job done within the framework of the central administration (identifying ways to work with the rules and regulations of our partner institutions)

Activities / Responsibilities

  • to identify interactive administrative problems on a larger scale and find solutions
  • to be available for researchers and other staff, advising on administrative procedures (e.g. purchasing, invoicing, travelling)
  • to identify practical solutions to sharing costs between institutions
  • to ensure effective communication flow, e.g. by monthly video conference meetings
  • to coordinate closely with other ASP teams
  • to identify solutions to the sharing of facilities, labs, boats, accommodation etc.
